PLACING YOUR ORDER
1. Start by selecting the Type of Service – Retouching (images shot digitally) or Restoration (scanned photos).
2. Upload photos from your computer, tablet or phone..
3. Consult the pricing matrix to select the right Level of Service for each photo.
Note: Orders are delivered within 3 business days. If you mark your order as RUSH, it will be delivered in 24 hours and there is a 30% surcharge.
4. Select the Level of Service for each photo and type directions for retouchers. Photos that are to be used as reference material or background for other photos should be marked with “R” so that you don’t get charged for them.
5. Add your order to the shopping cart and checkout.
DELIVERY
You will be notified by email when your order is ready. Once you log into your account you will be able to download the retouched photos one by one or all together in a zip file. You have an option to request FREE REVISIONS as long as your instructions are not different from the original one. If they are, contact us!
