Terms of Service

Terms and conditions image format. Provide digital photographs and/or images to be retouched/restored at a resolution of AT LEAST 300 DPI.

Copyright. The client is responsible for obtaining all copyright releases prior to submitting the images to PhotoHand™. Neither PhotoHand™, not its parent company - DevelopAll, Inc. - assume liability for legal actions as a result of copyright infringement should the Client fail to follow this legal requirement and will seek indemnification for any expenses incurred as a result.

Content restrictions. PhotoHand™ reserves the right to turn down photographs and/or images that it believes to be of malicious, pornographic, or illegal in nature. In such event, PhotoHand™ will refund the amount paid by the client in full.

Original image quality. PhotoHand™ reserves the right to turn down photographs and/or images that it believes can not be restored/retouched to a level of quality usable by the client. In such event, PhotoHand™ will refund the amount paid by the client in full.

Archiving period. PhotoHand™ will make the deliverables available for download for a period of thirty (30) days from the completion of the project. During this period your customers will be able to view the deliverables from your portfolio located at www.photoproofing.com. This is the client's responsibility to download the deliverables before the 30-day archiving period expires. PhotoHand™ is not responsible for images that have not been downloaded before the above-mentioned archiving period has expired.

Image utilization. The photograph(s) covered in this agreement are presented AS IS. PhotoHand™ is not responsible for final end-user utilization of these images and any damages the Licensee might incur in its use.

Deliverables acceptance. If the client is not happy with the deliverables, PhotoHand™ must be notified in writing within seven (7) workdays after the deliverables have been posted. If the client does not contact PhotoHand™ customer service within seven (7) workdays after the deliverables have been posted, this means the work results have been accepted by the client.
