TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
PhotoHand reserves the right to turn down photographs and/or images that it believes to be of malicious, pornographic, potentially harmful or illegal in nature. In such event, PhotoHand will refund the amount paid by the client in full.
The customer is responsible for obtaining all copyright releases prior to submitting the images to PhotoHand. PhotoHand does not assume liability for legal actions as a result of copyright infringement should the customer fail to follow this legal requirement and will seek indemnification for any expenses incurred as a result.
The photographs covered in this agreement are presented AS IS. PhotoHand is not responsible for the customer’s utilization of these images and any damages the customer might incur in its use.
ORIGINAL IMAGE QUALITY
PhotoHand reserves the right to turn down photographs and/or images that it believes can not be restored/retouched to a level of quality usable by the client. In such event, PhotoHand will refund the amount paid by the client in full.
PhotoHand will make the deliverables available for download for a period of thirty (30) days from the completion of the project. During this period the customer will be able to view and download the deliverables. This is the customer’s responsibility to download the deliverables before the 30-day archiving period expires. PhotoHand is not responsible for images that have not been downloaded before the above-mentioned archiving period has expired.
Revision requests are time-bound. If the customer is not happy with the deliverables, PhotoHand must be notified in writing within ten (10) workdays after the deliverables have been posted. If the customer does not contact PhotoHand customer service within ten (10) workdays after the deliverables have been posted, this means the deliverables have been accepted by the customer.
PhotoHand provides revisions for FREE under these criteria:
– Revision instructions should NOT conflict with or deviate from the original instructions submitted with the order;
– Photo replacements are not accepted after the service has been delivered.
If more than ten (10) workdays have elapsed since the delivery date and/or the revisions don’t meet the above mentioned criteria, the revision request is considered a new order.
Customers are required to make payments online at the time of placing orders. PhotoHand accepts credit card, electronic check and Paypal payments that are securely processed via PhotoHand merchant account with Paypal.
The customer can cancel an order by contacting PhotoHand customer service. A refund can be issued if the work on the order hasn’t been started.
The customer is responsible for all activities that occur in the customer’s account, including activities of others to whom the customer has provided the account information. The customer must immediately notify PhotoHand of any unauthorized use of the account or any other breach of security. Photohand will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the customer’s failure to provide such information or to keep the account information secure.
PhotoHand reserves the right to suspend an account if it has been used in a way that suggests abuse of our services.
